Missing Real-Time Monitoring Data for VisioNize Touch Devices

From Monday 2025-11-03 at 08:00am (UTC) to 09:00am (UTC) the monitoring data from VisioNize touch devices were not transmitted from devices to cloud and are missing in VisioNize History Charts and VisioNize Exports. We noticed that a service in the cloud went unavailable during this time period, causing the loss of data in the cloud.

Events and notifications were not affected.

VisioNize box connected devices were not affected. VisioNize sense devices were not affected.
