After the initial identification of a performance bottleneck in September, our team implemented a series of incremental improvements. While these changes led to some progress, they did not achieve the level of performance and reliability we expect for our users.
Recognizing this, we made the proactive decision to completely rework how monitoring and history data is processed and visualized. Rather than settling for minor gains, we focused on delivering an optimal user experience. This comprehensive reengineering effort required additional time, but we are proud to report that the new solution now provides almost instant loading times.
